Welcome to the Seaside Mobile Estates website, created and developed by Jim & Mary Lou Vossen, and it is not an official website of the Seaside Mobile Estates. The Seaside Mobile Estates is a Senior Mobile Home Park with about 100 individually owned mobile homes located in Seaside, California.

Mary Lou and I bought our  mobile home, brand new, in 2005 and we have been very happy and comfortable here at the Seaside Mobile Estates. Our address is 1146 Birch Ave. Space 55.

For a long time Mary Lou has been wanting us to get to know our neighbors better. Oh, we know a few, but, considering the length of time that  we have been here, we should know more of our neighbors.

We thought that by creating this website we just may have a platform to meet and get to know of our neighbors.
